WW 012 Italian bersagliere

Toy soldier for diorama, of a bersagliere. 

The Bersagliere, have their Origin In the troops of Infantry Light Sardinian and Piedmont of the Army of Victor Manuel I and the war of Italian unification, the Risorgimento. 

His original head garment, a broad-brimmed hat, adorned with rooster feathers, was transformed over time.

Finally the duster was adorned with the statutory helmets of each period, although in his current gala uniform they continue wearing the primitive hat.
