The Customer may securely pay for their purchase via PayPal or bank transfer.
Shipping and Delivery Times
All confirmed orders on kronprinztoysoldiers.com will be shipped to the delivery address provided by the Customer during the checkout process.
Delivery Verification and Claims
The Customer is responsible for verifying the quantity and condition of the goods upon delivery. Any claims must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the order.
Claims must be sent by email to info@kronprinztoysoldiers.es, including the order number and a description of the issue.
If the package appears damaged, the Customer is requested to take a photograph of the parcel before opening it to facilitate any claim with the shipping carrier. Photographs of any damaged items should also be provided.
All figures are carefully packaged, so incidents of damage are rare.
In case of damage, it will be covered by Kronprinz Toy Soldiers provided the claim is submitted within 24 hours of delivery. Claims submitted after this period will not be accepted.
The Customer must return the damaged figures to Kronprinz Toy Soldiers at their own expense.
Replacement figures will be sent by Kronprinz Toy Soldiers, and the Customer will only be responsible for the shipping costs of the replacements.
Once the replacement figures are ready, the Customer will be notified.
Shipping, Failed Deliveries, and Reshipments
Kronprinz Toy Soldiers offers primarily handcrafted items made to order according to the Customer’s specifications. As such, these products are non-refundable and not subject to withdrawal rights, except in cases of defects or errors attributable to Kronprinz Toy Soldiers.
The Customer is responsible for providing a correct, complete, and accessible delivery address and for attending delivery attempts made by the shipping carrier.
If a shipment cannot be delivered due to reasons attributable to the Customer, including, but not limited to, repeated absence at the delivery address, failure to collect the parcel from a designated pickup point, or lack of response to carrier notifications, the order may be returned to Kronprinz Toy Soldiers.
In such cases:

Kronprinz Toy Soldiers shall not be obliged to reship the order free of charge.

The Customer shall bear all costs related to the return and reshipment.

Reshipment will be subject to prior payment of these costs.
If the Customer fails to respond to communications regarding the order within a reasonable period of time, Kronprinz Toy Soldiers reserves the right to consider the order abandoned, with no right to a refund.
Our products are made exclusively to order. This means that each figure is individually crafted once the order has been confirmed, ensuring the highest level of care and attention in every piece. Due to this production system, manufacturing times are usually no less than four weeks from the confirmation of the order, and may be longer depending on the size of the order, the complexity of the requested pieces, and our current workload. By placing an order, the customer expressly accepts these estimated production and delivery times.
