The Apaches were part of the indigenous tribes group that occupied what is now the U.S.-Mexico border. They were divided into different tribes, Mescaleros, Chiricahua, Jicarilla, Navajo and Kiowa-Apache.

They occupied areas of Arizona, Phoenix, New Mexico, Texas and Oklahoma.

Among his most famous warriors are Geronimo, Mangas Coloradas, blunt knife, Cochise, although his war history has been very long, fighting first against the Comanches, then against the Spaniards, and finally against the United States.
