Uniformed like the rest of the officers, the flag-bearer of this parachute Regiment, in addition, carries the shoulder strap that supports the Cuja where the edger of the Asta of its banner is lodged.
Although this soldier belongs to a paratrooper unit of the Luftwaffe, the same uniform and equipment was used by the parachute units of the SS.
