Although not seen in the photograph, this infant is provided with a backpack hooked to the same belt, useful folding trench hanging from the belt and a canteen of almost two liters capacity. The individual team of the soldier has evolved over time and no longer carries in his backpack all his belongings, but only the equipment and spare parts needed for his immediate mission.
