Gentleman of middle class, possibly civil servant, or politician.

He may even be part of one of the many delegations sent by Western governments to inspect the situation on the front and the lives of the soldiers in the field.

At the time of making a diorama I would advise to introduce it in one in which we would also place a group of high officials and a small troop formation.
