A sample of little relevance that had for the Tsarist general staff the lives of their soldiers, and even the history of their regiments, we can see in the Smolensk Regiment.  

Of the 3000 approximate men that began the campaign in 1805, 1812 only are 850.  

No new replacements will be sent and the holes are covered by the Opolchenye, or militia.  

With teams very similar to those of the German Landwehr.

When start 1813, only 153 men.
